Barracuda Families,

We greatly appreciate everyone taking the time to declare their availability for Time Trials this weekend. Because so many families completed their declarations and event selections in advance, we were able to pre-seed the meet, which saved our volunteers several hours of preparation time.

Pre-seeding will also help us run a smoother and faster meet tomorrow. An added bonus is that parents won't have to wonder, "What heat is my child swimming in?" or "When is their next event?"

There are two easy ways to follow along during the meet:

Option 1: Print the Attached Heat Sheet

We've attached the heat sheet for anyone who prefers a paper copy to follow throughout the meet.

Option 2: Follow the Meet in the SwimTopia App

1. Download the App & Log In

Download the SwimTopia Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play.

• Registered team members should log in using their normal team website credentials.

2. Find the Meet & Favorite Your Swimmer

• Navigate to tomorrow's Time Trials.
• Search for your swimmer and mark them as a favorite.
• This makes it easy to quickly find their events and results throughout the meet.

3. Follow the Meet in Real Time

The app provides several helpful features:

• Live Event & Heat Tracking: Follow the orange event/heat indicator at the top of the screen to see exactly what race is currently in the water.
• Estimated Start Times: View real-time estimated start times that automatically adjust if the meet is running ahead of or behind schedule.
• Live Results: As soon as times are entered by the timing table, results will appear in the app.

Volunteer Reminder

For those serving as timers, stroke and turn officials, runners, or in any position working behind the blocks, please refrain from using cell phones while on deck. Your attention helps ensure the meet runs smoothly and that swimmers receive accurate times and officiating.
