As we head into the final week of the season, we have a few important reminders and deadlines. Please take a few minutes to review the information below.

🍽️End-of-Season Banquet – Final Call!

Today is the final day to RSVP and submit payment for our End-of-Season Banquet. We will be calling our caterer this afternoon to finalize our headcount, so if you plan to attend and haven't responded/paid yet, please do so as soon as possible.

Saturday, July 25

6:00 PM: Family Relays

6:30 PM: Dinner, Awards & Season Slideshow

Dinner will be provided by Northside10.

If you haven't already:

• Payments can be made through the website.
• Volunteers are still needed for setup, serving, and cleanup. Please contact Beth Norton at [email protected].

🥞Family Breakfast – RSVP Reminder

Please remember to RSVP on the team website if you plan to attend Friday's Family Breakfast and Funny (Paper Plate) Awards.

We will be shopping Thursday morning, so we need an accurate headcount to ensure we have enough food for everyone.

🏊Family Relays

Don't miss one of the most entertaining traditions of the season!

Relay Categories

True Blood

• All swimmers are from the same family (for example: two parents and two children)

Mud Blood

• A mix of families and/or friends. Teams must include at least one adult swimmer (18+).

To Enter

Please email Lauren & Michelle by Friday morning with:

Your relay category (True Blood or Mud Blood)

Names of all swimmers

Experience level:

• Newbies
• Needs More Practice
• IN IT TO WIN IT

Please note: There will be no onsite relay entries this year so we can begin the relays on time.

🍡Marshmallow Meet – Please Declare Your Swimmer

If your swimmer plans to participate in Thursday's Marshmallow Meet, please log in to the team website and declare them and select their events as soon as possible. This allows us to prepare event cards in advance and helps the meet run smoothly.

Reminder:

• All 12 & Under swimmers who are not swimming in Divisionals may participate in up to two events of their choice.
• Our Mini Barracudas are encouraged to join the fun!
• Swimmers who are competing in Divisionals, along with our 13 & Over swimmers, will help make the meet a success by serving as timers, officials, marshals, ribbon writers, and our biggest cheerleaders.

💙Coaches' End-of-Season Bonus

Our coaches have spent countless hours this summer helping our swimmers improve, build confidence, and develop a love for the sport. If you'd like to thank them for everything they've done this season, we invite you to contribute toward their end-of-season bonus.
